As a result of the pandemic, a new version of cross-border cooperation has evolved. Employers must stay on top of changing payroll regulations and follow them, especially if their operations are global.

Working Beyond Borders is an invite-only event that includes bringing together bright minds to give idea-focused talks that dwell on perspectives around managing a geographically dispersed workforce and to share carefully curated insights from the viewpoint of both local Italian companies with a globally distributed workforce and global companies with a workforce in Italy.

With a successful inaugural pitstop in London, we are prepped and excited for the second pitstop in Milan.
