Job Description:

As a cloud support engineer, the major responsibility would be to monitor cloud infrastructure. You would be required to alert the stakeholders in case of issues. Willing to work in flexible shifts, which may include night shifts. The cloud support engineer needs to create support tickets, monitor applications, and application health.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of PaaS Services
• Installation and Creation of the VM
• Creation of Security groups and VPC, rules, listeners
• Creation of IAM/users
• Configuring Snapshots and backup AMI and restoration of the same
• Proficient in Linux and Windows OS
• Scripting Knowledge (Python, Shell Scripting)
• Cloud monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Sensu, Nagios, Zabbix, etc
• Knowledge on AWS services like Ec2, S3, EBS, Beanstalk, etc

Qualification:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in cloud support
