Job Location:Chennai, India
As a business development-lead, the major responsibility would be forging alliances for new business directly from the client and creating & implementing a sales plan to achieve revenue goal. The lead will be in charge of initiating client relationship and identifying potential partnerships, develop partnerships with complimentary service vendors for business generation. The business development-lead will have to undertake the building of new service offerings and pre-sales activities, screening and responding to incoming proposals and also achieve sales targets as per the annual business plan.
- Ability to prepare and present corporate, service presentations in MS Office.
- Ability to plan, prepare and forecast revenue models and targets.
- Knowledge of SaaS model and hosted products & service sales.
- 4-7 years’ experience in Product Sales.
- Should have worked on a direct client facing an environment in managing accounts and have experience in account mining.
- Should have worked on a highly competent corporate environment in defining new service offerings and go-to-market.
